Ingredients

  • 1 cups besan


  • 2 tbsp suji


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp powder sugar


  • 1 inch ginger 2 green chili paste


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 10 gms eno ya 2 packet and 1 cup water


  • 1 tbsp for tadka: musterd seeds


  • 2 tbsp coriendar leaves


  • 2 nos chili lambi kati hui


  • 12-15 nos patta leaves


  • 1 pinch heeng


  • 1/3 tbsp sugar


  • 1/4 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp oil for tadka


  • 1 cups water


  • 2 tsp green chili paste

Directions

  • Besan ko ek boul me lekr usme 2 tbsp suji,and 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp oil dale
  • Isi me lemon juice or green chilli or ginger paste dale
  • Or powder sugar or turmeric powder daal k achhe se milaye
  • Fir thoda thoda pani dalte hue fine paste bnaye
  • Is paste ko 10 minit k liye dhank k rakh de
  • Tab tk dhokle ki plate me oil lga k usko chikna kre
  • 10 minit bad batter me eno daal k thoda chalaye or plate me daal de
  • Or usko dhokle wale cooker me rakhe or 10 minit tak pakaye
  • tadka k liye ek pan me 1 tbsp oil daal k usme mustard seeds or kadipatta leaves dale
  • Fir usme green chili dale or thodi Der chalate hue bhune
  • Fir heeng dale or sugar n salt daal de or water add kre
  • Or boil kre pani ubal aane k bad pan ko gass se utar k us tadke ko dhokle pe daale
  • Pura tadka dalne k baad kaat le or chutney k sath serve kre
